I don't think Excellent documents are a key factor to becoming an Executive, sure they are a plus but the real designations is how you act within the Department.
As a Junior CL.4 member, you are the step down from upper management, therefore you will be the face of the department in the wake of your directors. You have the authority to maintain and supervise, so documents are just how creative you can be.
> If you show leadership, its a plus
> If you show willingness to communicate and help, its a plus
> If you show dedication, its a plus
> If you WANT and SEEK criticism wherever you can get it, its a plus
> If you look to better the department, even being a CL3 or CL2 in ways through suggestions and events hosted by you, its a plus
All the things that combine into being a great leader is how you get into those roles, not necessarily how many documents or posts you can make.
