What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Reduce the countdown for NVGs from 1800 seconds to something like 300 seconds

-Easier navigation and quicker response times to breaches or raids

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It's impressive at how annoying it is that NVGs are set to a 30 minute timer when it's more than common to die during a code 5/1, let alone during a power outage. It's incredibly frustrating know that you can't do anything.
