What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Require SL approval to deliberately infobreach classified information to foundation/civis as CI.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Infobreaches will be more impactful and rare
- Infobreaches can actually be dealt with due to the guarenteed member of SL online
- CI can't just infobreach for the sake of it with no repercussions
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- More SL regulation over ingame RP
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Currently, infobreach RP is some of the most garbage "RP" on the server, CI (atleast on the US server) constantly infobreach CL5 information with no RP reason behind it, usually just for the fun of it or because they lost a raid, they then expect us to clean it up and when we do, just say the same information again and it's back to square one. There is no down side to CI infobreaching, foundation can't even infobreach back because the only information which is classified for CI is the engine, information that cannot reasonably be obtained within RP (atleast on the US server, no clue about UK). There is almost never any RP reason behind infobreaches and it is so frequent with such classified information. This change would require there to be sufficient RP reason in order to leak classified information as well as SL approval, leading to infobreaching being slightly more impactful and rare as it isn't just the daily call to D-Block telling D-Class about the Alpha Warhead. This also means that there will be a member of SL on to do full site amnestics and CI can't just infobreach when there are no SL on. Meaning infobreaches will actually be dealt with since they physically cannot be dealt with without SL online unless you want to round up every foundation member and waste 10L of class-A.
Finally here are some screenshots showing some of the recent CI infobreaches, contributing nothing to RP whatsoever
(believe it or not they didnt have the chief overseer)

Almost all of these infobreaches were after failed raids or just minor inconveniences to CI and none of them contributed anything to RP, this also does not include the numerous times CI have called D-Block directly using an everywhere phone and just started spewing CL5 information.
