Denied remove 049's ability to pierce ERT armor like how he pierces hazmat suits.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
it would simply remove his ability to pierce ert armor and treat ERT how it used to treat hazmat e-11

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+049 can no longer kill multiple ert in a row in one hit just because of good rng
+no more luck based mechanics
+actually makes sense
+ERT dont have to worry about getting instantly killed just because 049 touched them once.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-049 will have a harder time dealing with ert without zombies
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

this will literally improve the experience for everyone except for 049 players. no matter what side you are on it should be blatantly clear that 049 being able to insta kill someone with 600 and 200 armor just because he got lucky on a 20% dice roll is stupid and has no place in the game. no 049 should be able to kill ert just because he is lucky and no 049 should be under the mind set of "if i just run at them i have the chance to kill them so why not"

I am sorry good idea but one time i was as a 049 i got trapped in the HCZ elevator with a ERT took about 9 syringes to get him he got me beamed before i got to leave HCZ ruined the whole breach as if i think it should be even less amount or if they peirce it it does damage not instant zombie like lets say a 049 get strapped in PW bathrooms area by 2 scp walls and now is stuck and barely kills 1 or 2 then thats his breach

U just had bad RNG then.

It should just be a set number on ERT like maybe 6-9 stabs before taking affect.

Instead of praying to god it works

And if 049 gets in that scenario literally tuff shit lmao dont go into enclosed areas with a 1 way exit

While it is not intended by design (According to Otters), I believe this is a good idea. It instentivises 049 to risks and hunt down ERT instead of running away, hoping for good RNG, preventing hour-long breaches if he fails. In order for this to work (Since ERT often stay together, 049 has to pass through the ERT turret (There's always a turret. ERT will either fall back to one or panic place one), the shield wall (ERT fall back to shield walls VERY commonly), pray for good RNG, and it might not even gaurantee ONE ERT casualty. It's still incredibly hard to pull off, and prevents long breaches caused by 049 hiding.
