Accepted Remove Bodycam Clipping function

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Remove Clipping function in favor of just having the bodycam toggled on for it to be allowed IC

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Dont think so

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-Prevents staff intervention to check if someone clipped their bodycam because anyone can check top right and see it
-Prevents confusion with having to clip with external software and IC
-Less Logs
-Removes a unneeded RP feature

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-Unsure of any

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The point of the clip function is useless in my opinion due to the fact the bodycam can record infinitely anyways so its already not realistic. It also has become a issue where we need to ask staff if footage is valid or not for alot of ISD work.

If the bodycam is recording while on, why do we need to specifically clip it? Seems redundant. Not to mention the 30 seconds of wait time before the clip is "valid" where anyone can walk by and shoot you in the head. It's an unnecessary function that only serves to let people get away with mingery and avoid the consequences of their actions.
