What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Wipe CI and GOC off the map and remove them from the server lore

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Less breaches
- More updates for Foundation instead of stupid CI or GOC getting content
- Foundation has less problems to deal with, giving them more time to farm SCP samples (/ooc type green flag on for sampling)
- Less toxicity due to the death of cross-faction relations and disagreements (/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)
- Less lag due to less players
- DEA and Nu-7 don't have to waste valuable time and effort sitting on surface (BORING!) instead, they can guard D-block and site administration full time
- Less combat, therefore roleplay is fixed
- /ooc 106 flag on for sampling
- Makes sense, Foundation should always win so why even give the other factions a chance to do anything
- Paves way for potential Pinewood expansions (casino, mcdonalds, etc)
- /ooc 966 flag on for sampling
- /ooc 106 flag on for sampling
- Extra map room can also give room for Foundation expansions, perhaps adding more SCPs to sample? (/ooc 682 flag on for sampling)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- None

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
CI and GOC have been causing too much trouble lately, and I've recently sat back and thought to myself as a roleplay leader and avid civil gamers expert, "what could possibly fix this?" I think this is the ultimate solution - when you think about SCPRP, you don't think about raiding the Foundation as an evil insurgent or bothering the precious, overburdened site administration for a chance to do something other than sit in your base as GOC. You think of the SCP FOUNDATION, and ROLEPLAY. The existence of CI thwarts potential RP because they SHOOT AT PEOPLE with GUNS, and make the SCARY MONSTERS RUN FREE! Do you know how much time I could spend sampling SCPs (/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling)(/ooc type green flag on for sampling) when STUPID CI DECIDES TO RAID!!!! UGH, and DONT GET ME STARTED ON GOC! THEY WERE IMPLEMENTED LIKE AN AFTERTHOUGHT! WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO! WHEN THEY ACT ON FOUNDATION LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO THEY ARE BANISHED BY FOUNDATION RP LEADERS FOR DAYS AT A TIME FROM COMMUNICATION AND POTENTIAL NON COMBATIVE RP WITHIN FOUNDATION! JUST REMOVE THEM ALREADY, THEY ARE A WASTE OF DEVELOPMENT TIME AND (/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)(/oc [SA>GOC] NO! *Closes comms*)

Removing the Global Occult Coalition (GOC) and Chaos Insurgency (CI) from the Garry’s Mod (GMod) server Site 65 Civil Networks SCP can have several positive effects on gameplay, balance, and the overall community experience. Here are some key advantages:

1. Improved Roleplay Experience

  • More Focus on SCP Foundation Conflict: Without GOC and CI, the server can concentrate more on internal SCP Foundation conflicts, such as D-Class uprisings, Ethics Committee disputes, and Site Administration challenges.
  • Less Random Raiding: Chaos Insurgency raids can sometimes feel repetitive and disrupt passive roleplay elements. Their removal allows for more in-depth roleplay rather than constant PvP-based gameplay.
  • More Engaging Narrative: A Foundation-centric server enables deeper storytelling within the SCP universe without interference from external factions.

2. Better Server Balance & Stability

  • Less One-Sided Fights: The GOC and CI often overpower or disrupt Site operations, making gameplay unbalanced. Removing them allows for more structured conflicts within the Foundation itself.
  • More Stability in Operations: Without external raids, MTF units can focus more on SCP containment rather than constant combat engagements with CI forces.

3. Encourages Unique Gameplay Styles

  • Enhances Civilian Roleplay: The removal of these factions opens up more possibilities for Site staff roleplay, scientific research, Ethics Committee decisions, and Facility Guard duties.
  • More SCP Interaction: Instead of dealing with CI/GOC attacks, players can focus more on SCP breaches, research, and anomalies, making SCPs the real "threat" rather than human factions.

4. Reduces Toxicity & PvP Domination

  • Less Powergaming: Some players use CI and GOC roles for powergaming tactics, disrupting roleplay with an overemphasis on winning fights rather than engaging in meaningful RP.
  • More Cooperative Gameplay: With fewer external threats, departments like Medical, Engineering, and Administration can have more relevance rather than being sidelined by constant combat.

5. Streamlined Server Performance & Organization

  • Fewer Whitelist Issues: Managing GOC and CI often requires additional whitelists, rules, and staff intervention. Their removal simplifies server management.
  • Better Player Distribution: Instead of splitting players across multiple factions, more people can engage in core SCP Foundation roles, enhancing immersion.
