Remove Civilian Name from app formats.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Removes the Civilian Name from being part of application formats.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Potentially but this is a very minor thing so I doubt it.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Less bloat in an application
- Removes something some see as bloat.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Civilian RPers might be upset.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Honestly the amount of people who RP as civilians is 10x less than the rest of the server. Furthermore, I do not believe it has any bearing on people's applications. Characters names at least somewhat matter since it gives people a frame of reference for the characters you have played and some might have seen around site... Civilian does not have the same allure or purpose.

I believe thats there so whoevers looking into your app can see if you act different on other characters.

Like you can be a golden child on your Foundation character but once you get on civilian you act like a right dickhead thats something that should be known

Real talk, remove (/update) the mic question from everything but staff apps, too - Or even just some further clarification about it. I feel like that one confuses/turns away people the most - I've been both an OSA and a GM, both of which "required mic," but... Really don't, in my experience. And there's a lot of other roles this needlessly applies to.

For the majority of players, needing to make an account and doing anything on the forums is already a huge no for them. I really don't understand Staff's continued and consistent recalcitrance on this matter. Accessibility is important for maintaining a healthy community and growth, but the intent with some of the way position accessibility is designed, as far as I can tell, is to just blatantly shoot themselves in the foot. There's a line between reasonable barrier to entry and whatever this is.
