Denied Remove CSB

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Remove CSB faction

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Possible better performance for the server as the jobs can be removed
- The rare occasion that they are online, RP will not be ruined / disrupted
- No people just suicide bombing groups of areas

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Connor can't use them when he does peacetime events

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Well from my perspective they provide no RP whatsoever and are mainly used just to minge and disrupt RP when it is in process.

I am extremely aware of the issues with CSB. I have hand on heart tried my best to rework the faction without needing to change rules and/or need a dev. I can completely see why you want it removed, however it would be a massive waste of the Developers time.
