Denied Remove D block

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Remove D block
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: Most definitely not
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): Less D class minges, More roleplay will occur, less RDM in d block
Possible Negatives of the suggestion: Everyone who joins the server is forced to join RSD (who now have to go on surface to get civilians to test on) or join the group to play as chef. No more D class mains
Based on the Positives and Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: It probably shouldnt, but wouldnt it be really funny?
