Denied Remove ISD and replace it with something better!

The only reason im submitting this Suggestion is due to the fact that ISD makes the server unenjoyable. Im sure that other players can attest to the fact that Being arrested for 30 minutes by a disgrutled ISD member for doing something silly is one of the most frusterating things that can happen. When you give the power of a military police to any 13 year old that can pass an open book test, its sort of welcoming power hungry players to abuse the job. I think that The code of conduct should be handled by the Co's or Cl4's of each department. And if that department fails to uphold the code of conduct it should go to site admin. I will give an example of why ISD is annoying to any player that just wants to goof around and let steam out (which is a vital part of server health Btw as long as its not mingy behavior). I was on medic right and this dude was refusing to get EST'd so i threaten to inject him with salt. He doesnt listen so after he's Est'd i inject him ( he doesnt lose any health and he is a parawatch) ISD decides to arrest me for 8 minutes for missuse 2 and assualt 2. Keep in mind i didnt harm him at all and he was a parawatch which was later executed. Back to the point though The jobs under Site staff will need to be sorted into other catagories with cl4 personal in charge of them or we need to create a job that has direct jurisdiction above them. Well and the fact that some mingy jobs like Tech experts, chef and janitor will go off the rails. ISD is mainly meant to deal with them, not anyone else (in my eyes).

This guy injected a parawatch with salt, that was why he was arrested. Not that hard to not get arrested just dont inject people with salt

1) we aren't removing one of the sites core Roleplay departments because you don't like facing consequences for breaking ic rules
2) we both know cl4s will not actively enforce the flc. Its hard enough to get them to enforce their own regimental policy let alone sitewide rules that actively hinder them
3) I dont appreciate you calling out players as “ruining departments” publicly. No matter how much you dislike them that behaviour is inappropriate and not fit for the public forums. If you have an issue, make a player complaint for SL to review
