What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It will remove the grenade from being the first thing that comes up when you are unstripped and uncuffed, which will stop people from accidentally throwing grenades when they are uncuffed and unstripped as it could lead to RDM reports or arrests which won't always be the fault of the victim.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It will limit the number of arrests that occur because someone can't help it when they are asked for ID when they are unstripped and uncuffed (which sometimes removes the id from someone's holster).
