What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Removes the occlusion culling on keycards. This is the effect of keycards "despawing" and spawning back in whenever a player gets close. Unfortunately, this tends to get in the way more than prove helpful as 9/10 times you are stuck waiting for a keycard scanner to spawn in as a SCP is breathing down your neck.

Although, there could be a hit to performance with this change. I have no reason to believe that removinge occlusion culling from these keypads will have a major impact on it. On top of that, I am confident in saying that people would rather have a few ms more lag than wait at a door for 30 seconds until the keypad finally spawns in.
