What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will not kill anyone during the last few mins till a server restart, and remember that I can get banned for it

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? No

Why should you be unbanned: I did not LTAP, I had to disconnect cause a server restart was taking place, otherwise I'd just be stuck in that session until maybe my game crashes. It was late at night for me since i am not located in the USA, I decided to sleep after the restart. I believe the reason I may have been wanted for an admin sit is because I started killing people 4 mins before restart?
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will remember this ban from now on and try to be more serious, even if it means a server restart is soon.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I enjoy the SCP RP i can get out of this server, and out of all the SCP RP servers ive played on I enjoy this one the most because of the easy progression and the creativity behind the Mods for this server. I enjoy playing here during my free time, and don't mean any harm, I only choose to Kill People randomly at least 4 to 2 mins till a server restart

Ok, somebody called a sit for you rdming them, and then you left the server before you tped to the sit. I asked someone if it was considered LTAP and they said yes so I banned you.

Oh i see, was this on the UK server cus the last time i left on the US server was on the restart, also i want to see a clip/evidence if u can provide

I'd like to request that my ban may be only applied to the server that I "LTAP'd", because at the moment Ive been banned from both servers, and i think it would only be fair if im only banned on the one that i supposedly commited LTAP

After careful consideration, I have reached the following decision:

The ban for LTAP is justified, as disconnecting before/during a sit is against the rules and disrupts the proper resolution of the reported incident. Your admission to guilt of breaking a rule prior to leaving proves that you were situationally aware of the incident.

I understand your explanation regarding the server restart and the need to disconnect. However, regardless of the reason, leaving to avoid a sit is a violation of server rules.

It is essential to remember that rules apply consistently across both servers, and the ban systems are unified, you may not be unbanned on one server but banned on the other. Future violations may result in more severe consequences.
