What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Debuff/Remove it for the following reasons:
- You can now holster around 1000 bullets which is 1 unfair in combat due to people paying money getting a upper hand in combat.
- You can now mass farm chemicals because you can now hold 2x the ammount you previously would be able to. This means that the majority of tests will be for sampling sort of destroying part of research.
- It is also a easier for CI to do D-Block raids stopping the core gameplay of the server as they can hold 2x the amount of guns that could've before.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- The main reason for this is to make it less pay 2 win in many ways
- And it also makes it so its buffed because its wayyy to strong right now.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- People loose value of what they've paid for.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
- I believe this is a massive pay2win addition to the server which came out of nowhere and it's only an advantage for Combat not RP based change.

Same goes with Perma Guns, and CI Juggernaut, and TG/8837, and of course all the XK SCP's, oh and don't forget about the Carto job being stupidly broken and it's own package.
They gotta make money somehow, and most of the things on this server are already pay to win! Why not nerf or axe them all!

The majority of tests already are sampling tests. This doesn't change anything.
And hell, I can do most my sampling tests with just my normal inventory, the backpack isn't needed for me to do that at all, especially when doing it with a friend playing GSD.

It makes it easier and more convenient to do basically anything.
Fighting on surface? Always have speed on you. Doing a breach raid and might die to a SCP? Always have anima on you. Need to get into 008? Always have NHU on you. Need to cure someone's sickness or fracture? Always have the cures on you. Because that's the point of it. CI can already get 50 crates of guns, and use them in a D-Block raid, but this just makes it more convenient.

Reality benders you can cope with because they have a set amount of health, energy etc. This cannot be countered in anyway if used for a combative purpose. Keep the +1 inventory stash and remove back pack.

If people bought back pack add an inventory stash or compensate them with something else of equal value.

This proves my point, what's the point of going to medbay when you can play all different departments at once IE: Weapon stasher, Ammo holder, Medic, Chemist. If you're carrying around cures on different jobs there is no point of going to medbay and if everyone does it then medical gets fuck all.

As stated by Corbin, this opens up the opportunity to ignore RP with departments, players are losing out on RP due to a pay to win based feature. Should be changed / adapted / removed to avoid these issues. No point in aiming for certain parts of someone when in combat if you know they have an instant fix to fractures. Fighting against people with chems is already difficult, this makes it 2x easier for them to hold those gems. CI get buffs through this by being able to hold more guns when doing d block raids.

So many different negatives to this, needs to be changed soon.

3 different scenarios there, could go on naming them all, not going to sit here arguing in a suggestions thread though. As that seems to be all you want to achieve from this attempted discussion

Mate I am a medic main, who am I taking RP away from, myself?

And I have not seen a soul (Other than Johnson) who carries cures on them 24/7 that isn't a medic. Go back to my point earlier, you can still hold cures on you, but people don't. Not because they don't have the space, but because they're pricey af, and it's easier to just go to medbay rather than constantly spending 20k on a few L of each of them. This just makes life easier for the people who do carry them and RP with them, and make them less of a hassle, encouraging them to keep them on them for RP.

the medic roleplay man the diseases we get that we totally don't just tactical reset to get rid of is being hurt man from backpacks man

Hello Corbin

Thankyou for taking the time to make a suggestion, I will be locking this and moving it as resolved.

The reason for this is the backpacks were not meant to be added to the server and were added accidentally when pushing changes to fix issues with our donation store, as a result the backpack has been removed until further notice and cannot be re-bought.

We will view these concerns and make amendments as needed.
