What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Disallows non-General Security from assisting in or at D-Block unless requested by a CL4+. Containment Specialists & Combat Medics should be helping in other areas of the site, instead of just camping D-Block. It's a gross waste of resources, and not fun for D-Class, since they need to fight 3 Typhoons, & 6 Combat Medics any time they want to have fun by leaving D-Block, or by playing as a reality bender. It really sucks.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ More fun as D-Class.
+ Can actually play the reality bender role without being KOS'd immediately by 3 autoshotguns & 6 Combat Medics.
+ GSD has a job, they should be doing it.
+ Containment Specialists & Combat Medics will be available more frequently in other parts of the site, such as surface/garage, & HCZ CP.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Containment Specialists & Combat Medics can't kill D-Class as frequently.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
If GSD can't handle D-Class, GSD needs a buff, not Containment Specialists or Combat Medics. Or, better yet, you could give a job to the people who've literally gotten a whitelist in an MTF who've worked hard to keep & maintain their position within their MTF. Regardless, if Combat Medics or Containment Specialists are entirely focused on D-Block, why should they be in the game?

I have zero opinion to give here because these rules already exist.

I understand your frustrations, but ( at least on the UK server ), two rules have already been implemented to reduce the interactions between CNS and D-class.
- Ty-12's are considered unethical to use on d-class outside of a code-2.
- CNS are not allowed in d-block aside from an scp being in d-block (re-instated the old CoE rule)

And CM's are always gonna help out in d-block, I'm sorry. But, at least on the UK server, CM's are expected to assist with other codes more. So if there is something else happening on site, they're already expected to go help with other codes over dealing with D-block.

I can't speak for the US server though.

This is an IC issue you yourself can handle as a site administration if you wish to restrict what CM's do now is a good time for you to reach out to me in DM's as im currently "revamping" CM Rules & policies for the usa now i am a part of it. however any request you lay upon me will stay as a "request" until i have spoken to the leaderships of specified area's controlled by the departments under the leaderships.

-Support, I agree with every point listed, but have to -Support only because it's an IC issue

This is more of a IC policy change thing. I see your argument and where the current status is with D-Class my department is severely under powered. But this issue can be solved ICly if communication is attempted.

This is something that used to be very punished IC, if that standard has dropped then someone needs to get back on it
