Denied Return of the Pumpkin Scavenge Item

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Bring back pumpkin scavenge item on surface for October 31st

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not officially in a forum suggestion to my knowledge

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- I make pumpkin pie
- Chef make pumpkin pie
- We all make pumpkin pie
(Recipe exists but never gets made cause pumpkin too rare)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Pumpkin scavenge less economic value (it was 2022 only)
- Spoilsport holiday haters will be sad
- More surface scavenge bloat

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Pumpkins are rarely seen and traded since they were a 2022 item. Essentially a collectors item. However, I want pumpkin pie.
