What makes you the best candidate for your chosen regiment?
Although I don't have much experience within the regiment, I've got experience in leadership roles and I can confidently say that I know how to lead, train and manage the roster effectively. I'm capable of being highly active and dedicated, assuring the growth of the regiment.
List your strengths and weaknesses
I'm a serious, creative and dedicated person. I tend to burn out when I feel like my efforts are in vain.
Please list out your accomplishments on MRP, both in your chosen regiment (if applicable) and outside of it
Reached both Admin and JAF LTCOL. I have an excellent record with no punishments. I was part of Alex's Trainee Program and regularly trained new Recruits every day.
What are the responsibilities of the position you are applying for?
Ensuring smooth roleplay experiences through conducting arrests, investigations and maintaining order within the base. Training new RMP recruits and keeping the regiment active.
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?
Lack of recruitment and limited engagement. I personally only see around 2 to 3 RMP members and I think there's barely any interaction with new players.
Continuing from the above question, what is your plan to address these problems?
Boost recruitment and encourage more interactions. I believe showing more presence during Peacetime through roleplaying will make new players more interested in joining RMP. This could be achieved by applying the rules more often - while obviously preventing unnecessary arrests - and coordinate more operations with other regiments for the sake of roleplaying.
