Rewamp the SCP-049

basicly the currently SCP-049 has low HP and is kinda useless in breaches , make him more Stronger or add levandures in E11 bunks to make him weaker. Or something or a like a shield he cannot be killed unless there is levandure nearby like 10 meters

Hi although format hasnt been followed, we are looking at reworking a lot of SCPs, however it is a big undertaking and will take a while.
