Denied Rework the naming convention rule

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Rework the restrictions on naming your rp character so your name can be kinda silly or be a fictional character as long as you arent "Being" that character in RP

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
People are happier being able to have a name they want
There would be some funny names that wouldn't ruin RP

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None people would be happier. Myself and others were upset the last few days for being forced to change our names.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because a character name doesn't affect rp as long as the person is still RPing normally
