Background
Originally part of a warfront Psychology department to give soldiers first-aid after traumatic experiences, he later chose to pursue the quest to Science. Taking a break from the warfronts, he began to study in Berlin, graduating at the age of 24, with either his smarts, or because his professors thought he would be better off not tarnashing their name with his wierd experiments. Dr Steiner was fascinated with the concept of Immortality and Regeneration, a fascination that soon turned to obsession. His luck turned a new leaf when he found a sample of SCP 682, marked as "unkillable Lizard Samples", On the Black Market sold by Marshal Carter and Dark, causing his experimentation to start. Sadly his security wasn't as good as his theories, which caused the foundation to come knocking, though seeing his progress of having created a basic substance that increased cell regeneration instead of amnesticating him, offered him a job in the foundation.
Foundation Employment
First starting off as a researcher in a low security site, he started to move up in the ranks over the course of the next years, until he reached the position of senior researcher, which allowed him to learn about SCP 682, the scp who's skin sample he had aquired those years ago, and it started his fascination with getting more samples to once again follow his dreams of Immortality, though this time of course with approval of the higher ups. Once he finished the design for his Prototype Pacboy Mk 0.5 with a lesser version of the medic only healing small wounds, he continued development. With the Mk. 3 he could fully close an open wound and began to take firearm training and applying for Mobile task force Nu-7 in order to use his device in the field for better results. The Pacboy
A Small yet compact arm-mounted computer allowing storage of Files, Displaying of Data to authorized personel with the integration of a keycard scanner, and a failsafe to wipe the device in the case of capture, requiring a codeword and an input. The device is powered by a large battery pack, mostly resulting in the device's bulky design, while slimmer versions are in development. The pacboy is able to bring up a currently outdated projection of the Foundation from an bird's eye view, as well as including a port for adding additional devices like the M.e.d.i.c if the need arises. The battery power lasts about a day on full use and three in standby. Charging it is as simple as charging a phone. As requested by Technicians, a Door repair and Computer Repair function can be added per request.Clearance Level 4 Requested
The Mostly Ethical Dying Intervention Contraption , also known as M.e.d.i.c was commissioned with blueprints by Steiner himself using a cell acceleration energy, using samples of SCP 682's blood and eight years of testing. A Target is selected in the Device's onboard computer and then sends out an energy beam spliced from the Containment beams to target Humans, causing rapid cell growth to the point of closing wounds and recreating red blood cells. This cannot be constantly applied to a single target, as cell regeneration does consume the body's stamina and would make a person pass out without the added safeguards. It has been proved to be 100% Safe with no ill side-effects on 20/20 Test Subjects after it's development with a few death's of d-class at the start. There is still the issue of creating more of the Evaporating Healing Liquid, but this will hopefully be fixed with more funding. Recent Development has also added a slight morphine addition to numb any of the pain.
PS: I'm really bad at writing these, though i do have my general idea.
