Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I very much enjoy playing as a Researcher, and as such, would love to work my way up the rankings. Executive Researcher would allow me to conduct certain tests with more ease, and make it easier for me to help people. (as people tend to listen to Exec. more than to a Senior Researcher)
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I have plenty of experience as a Senior Researcher, which means I have a good understanding of the RsD Rules and Regulations, as well as what makes a good research study. This means I can with ease help fellow Researchers and grade documents.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have 4 or 5 Excellent Documents. (A bit unsure)
Some of them are so old however that they don't show up on the new logs.

Commencing LOG 523-1a, Subject Matter: Class-I Homunculi Elevation to Clearance Level 4 Personnel
Personnel Present: Director of Research ██████ ███ ████████, Executive Researcher █████ ███████, and Ethics Committee Member ██████.
Director of Research ██████ ███ ████████: Commencing Hearing of Executive Researcher █████ ███████, regarding the potential promotion of Class-I Homunculi Rito Munro Fraser. Executive, if you would please briefly explain the origin and complications of a Class-I Homunculi for the record.
Executive Researcher █████ ███████: Class-I, or Class-Intelligent, meaning sentient and self-sufficient, Homunculi are the product the now halted Project Gaia. Class-I Homunculi maintain the appearance of a regular human, and possess similar, although slightly above average, intelligence. Project Gaia aimed to staff the Foundation with trust worthy personnel, however ultimately failed due to the psychological instability of the produced Homunculi. Rito Munro Fraser is one of the few products that did not exhibit this behavior, and as such is one of the remaining 4 Class-I Homunculi that have yet to be terminated.
Ethics Committee Member ██████: It should be made clear, that under no circumstance should an individual with such psychological instability be trusted with the responsibilities of Clearance Level 4 Personnel. So enlighten me, Executive Researcher, why is the subject Rito Munro Fraser different from the now expired Class-I Homunculi?
Executive Researcher █████ ███████: Due to a lack of authorization and time, we are still unsure of what exactly caused the products to exhibit such psychological instability. We are however sure that study the subject has not indicated the patterns pertained by the defect products. And with all due respect, there are already some of questionable sanity who have attained Clearance Level 4.
Ethics Committee Member ██████: I presume you understand our concern on this matter, and while you are the single person with the greatest understanding of these Homunculi, you must be aware that this reassurance alone will not suffice. We need someone who can take accountability.
