None, mainly because I have been off of the server for awhile, what makes a document exellent is how it is written, the saying "Write what you know" could be implemented, as well as my saying, "Know what you write."

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: To watch over the rest of the ScD as well as work along side the DoR.

However, not only did your application not give us the confidence needed to let you progress further, but you are also a relative unknown within the department.

As youve said yourself, you have been away for a while. so this may be why, i would advise you wait a while and build up your reputation as a capable and trusted member of the research department to instill more confidence into the research leadership team for any future applications.
