Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

Initially when I began my journey on the server I stuck solely to GSD, I enjoyed the combativeness and the roleplay I was able to create on the UK site. After some time on the US site I decided I would branch out into some more roleplay heavy roles including Ethics Assistant and joining GOC. As an assistant I have developed a love for more non combative roles and after being Jrcl4 on and off for three years I believe it is time I attempt to put myself forward for a senior role which brings me here. Site Advisor has always been my end goal on the server and the role I have always been trying to work towards.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
While at first glance I may not seem like the prime candidate due to my lack of senior cl4 experience I have extensive experience as a Jr cl4 in both combative and non combative roles. As a captain I have been part of both document and roster team pretty much every time I have held the role meaning I am very familiar with creating and managing policies within my department. As an assistant I have attempted to interact and create roleplay with every department I have spent time with including stepping in as an arbitrator to solve issues and gaining some experience in tribunal roleplay. I have extensive experience in leadership especially in my time as Captain which has taught responsibility and self control.
I am used to reading documents to authorize tests for researchers which requires me to already be familiar with site policies.
I am fast to adapt to new roles and my amount of playtime including a substantial period where there isn't usually an SA member available would make me a prime candidate.
I also enjoy discord pings.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Site Administration is one of the most versatile roles on the server but to touch on some of their responsibilities:

- Being the liaison between departments
One of SAs most important and visible responsibilities is coordination with departments to ensure they have what they need to be able to function effectively and efficiently. Departments are assigned an SA oversight which must be approachable so department leads and members can bring proposals, complaints and suggestions forward for discussion and approval.

- Enhancing relations with GOI's
While not being solely SAs responsibility SA hold a vital role in upholding and improving our relations with GOI's primarily GOC. This could include offering guidance to SOP or attending/hosting meetings with the GOI themselves. They also can create or approve policies for MC&D and allow them on site.

- Approving and managing departmental leaders/commanders
SA have the responsibility of elevating foundation staff to departmental leadership roles including conducting interviews with said people to determine their suitability. Once they are in the role SA then acts as a watchful eye ensuring the position is being used correctly to guide and uplift the department and not abused by those in power.
They also deal with complaints/concerns people under them may have and bring forward.

- Hosting tribunals or acting as an arbitrator
Pretty self explanatory. SA host tribunals and can also be called into ISD to assist with arbitrating a case pre tribunal.

- The management and creation of site wide policies and procedures
SA are responsible for the upkeep and revision of site wide policies and procedures including editing or adding to them when necessary. This can also include revising individual departments policies to ensure they are accurate and relevant.

- Hosting the Senior Cl4 meeting
One day I will have the privilege to attend the seniors meeting but I would assume SAs role in this includes addressing any recent updates or developments within the site as well as answering any questions and concerns people may have

This obviously is not every responsibility Site Advisors have but I would like to keep my application somewhat readable.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
