What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Make PAC3 free (whitelist / approval needed like in SCP) this will make it so everyone is unique and can make your background more shiny and noticable
Has something similar been suggested before?:

more RP / more unique players and for RC+ no weird hat and just the normal CC hat =D
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Response here] can be abused for out of range sniping wich you can solve by using the SCP rules about pac 3 also make them more realistic .

Hi Drako, Your suggestion has been denied.

Pac3 was introduced to the /donate shop to increase revenue to the server due to the much increased cost of hosting multiple servers. Because of this, pac3 will not be introduced for free. We would much rather people pay for pac3 and something that is cosmetic than to add donation options that are pay to win.
