I have received an RDM warn back ~Nov of 2024 for killing ERT when they spawned.
Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?
With the recent vacancies, I believe I can help fulfill one of the leadership roles with my previous experience as a leader. I am also looking forward to further improve the department with new processes and policies to help make the department retain higher activity from it's members.
What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:
I believe my past experience as an MTF Commander and my current position as a DEA Manager provides me with sufficient background to be a suitable candidate for the Director role. I hope to further display my capabilities as a leader within the department in hopes to improve upon the current state of the department.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of External Affairs in RP?:
- Appoint capable members for CL4 leadership (Manager/Special Agent) positions.
- Maintain morale, integrity, and efficiency of the D.E.A. Department.
- Maintain open communications both within and without the Foundation (MTF, Site Advisors, Site Managers, CI and GOC personnel).
- Maintain current treaties/diplomatic ties with external G.O.I.s (CI, GOC MC&D, etc.). Potentially, even make new treaties among them as well.

Rui "Rudy" Mercer joined the MTF Nu-7 Division in the year of 202X as a fresh enlisted Private. He climbed up the ranks and rose to prominence as a moderate fighter against the Chaos Foundation, and contributed to the Division (alongside the Foundation) in numerous ways with the help of many others who were in the division with him. Eventually he reaches the rank of Commander in the Winter of 202X+1, but by the time he did he believed (and still does believe) that the division has improved significantly from when he first joined, and that Nu-7 will be in better hands with fresh blood. With that, he retired after 2 months as Commander, and went to briefly retire from his work as an Operative. He transferred to a comfortable and arguably safer desk job in Site [REDACTED].
However, his new position only brought uneasement. The newlyfound quiet and peaceful life that he had acquired made the former operative frustrated and slightly anxious at the lack of progress he is making. After discussion with Foundation Therapists and Psychological professionals, he gets approval to return to Site-65 as an operative for the Department of External Affairs, hoping to help make a difference again with his past experience, and his old skills. Due to his newly acquired skills from his desk job, he was found to be needed as a Manager for the D.E.A. in order to use such skills for their technical work. Currently, Rudy has now been extensively helping out both on the front lines, and within the I.T. section for the department.
