I am very sorry if this is the incorrect area.

So, could I get a lead admin or higher to specify something? Is it KOS if a D-Class uses dispenser. I need clarification as I have been told multiple different responses.

One says:Yes because it implies they are holding a keycard in their inventory.

The other says:No they're not visibly holding contraband.

So which is it? Thanks for any answers I get!

Dispensing an Item is not KOS unless they see you physically holding the contraband out.
