Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine? I am applying to become one of the Directors of Medicine because even if I haven't been with medical as long as other consultants, I still love it as much as they do. With a spot being open to be a part of the highest part of medical, I would love to fill that role and bring medical a new face to go along with Esme in the managing of medical and all of its members.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?: Even with me being more of a "newer" (I'm mentally a newer consultant
) consultant, I was still trusted with becoming a Senior Consultant with the other members of the consulting medical team. I happily took this responsibility even if I knew the role would fit other members better. Also, since the start of my journey as medical and as Consultant ive still always enjoyed helping those new to medical, if that's new to doctor, or new to combat medic, or even new to consultant. I was always happy to assist where I could with the knowledge I've slowly learned over the time I've been with the server. I know those around me are more suitable for the role *cough cough Adrian cough cough*, but I would love to bring my ideas and opinions into medical as a whole if given a chance. :>
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?: From my knowledge, the responsibilities as a Director of Medicine is to keep all of medical running as best as possible, yeah it may hiccup sometimes but even if there is some bad it always gets back up. You are also expected to hold monthly meetings to gain knowledge of the operations inside of medical and the overall health of the department. You also need to provide roleplay for the medical department by giving projects to the staff and maintain the well-being of all staff by removing or banning those who wish to taint the well-being of medical. It's also expected to give interviews to newly coming consultants so they understand their responsibilities in the leadership role and how they can use their role to better the health of medical.
Please give some lore about your Director of Medicine character and what storylines they would be involved in: S 'Buford' III was formerly a part of the U.S. Army Medical Department (AMEDD) and typically served in Field hospitals near active combat zones. Buford was a respected medical leader who was seen by Foundation members of Site-333 and offered a medical role in their Site. Buford saw this as an opportunity in his life and accepted the position which transferred him to New Jersey where he learned about the site and Foundation operations. S 'Buford' III was stationed at Site-333 for 6 years until he was transferred to Site-65 to continue his medical career with the SCP facility. Now being a well known member of the medical staff at Site-65 he wishes to bring more to medical and has begun to climb his way up the leadership chain to hopefully 1 day be the face of medical with those he cares for around him.
Like I do with all my applications I've color-coordinated it so it's hopefully easier to read than a wall of text. I hope that this application is given consideration however, I think we all know who the next DoM is going to be lol. Tho I am grateful to even get the opportunity to make this application even if it meant one of our DoM's had to leave. I can't wait to get a response in due time and see the conclusion you come to.
