I believe I stand as a good candidates for this position as I am closely working with the Ethics Committee in many aspects such as working for the Ethics Committee in DEA as an informant/agent, shadowing current ECAs in their duties (ECA Phil Dee and ECA Kurt Gunsche). I understand the role of ethics and how they act towards others/treat other departments. Myself as a CL4 Special Agent, I understand the duties of CL4 and the care you have to take when talking about sensitive topics by talking in enclosed areas or over direct comm lines. I will admit that I am not the best candidate because if I was, I wouldn't have to write an application. I have my moments where I can lack patience or have too much of it but I am willing to say that these are not necessarily negatives things but should be seen as habits that can be used for respectable situations.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

As a base, ECAs are CL4 members which means they must still tend to CL4 duties (i.e.- controlling of BDs where needed, professionalism standards). Ethics Committee Assistants are in place to provide help/assist the committee with ongoing operations this may include, but not limited: site-wide investigations, intel gathering for the benefit of the committee (i.e.- finding and locating the planning of unethical procedures/tests), provide an ethical view on proposed tests/answer any ethics related questions before it needs to go any further but where it may need more insight/ approval, forward it/present it to the Ethics Members for deliberation and approval. All in all, you are the middle man between the committee members and the rest of foundation staff.

Born into a family steeped in military tradition, Commander Sam "Tabby" [Redacted] was raised to serve her country. She was assigned to the SCP Foundation where she was stripped of her surname and assigned the codename "Tabby", the reasons for this were unknown. After 13 years in the British Military, she was provided with the chance to step into the SCP foundation as a General Security Department member. With a miserable family and a chance to get away, she accepted the role. She followed her duties day after day, escorting D Class, Termination of rogue D Class and general security, she made her way to a GSD officer where she had the opportunity to join the Department of External Affairs as an agent. Due to her military experience and sheer boredom of being surrounded by mind-numbing D Class, she went for it and started her career in the DEA where she now interrogates and tortures terrorists known as Chaos Insurgency.
With a month passing in DEA, she sought out combat less and less in chase of investigative duties which lead to her presenting a mentorship-esque idea to 2 Ethics Committee members, "Cece" and "Charles" where she would shadow relevant Ethics Assistants and Members to both help them where required and learn on the job of their operations in order to better her understanding of the department. Once she felt she knew the workings and roles of the Ethics Committee staff, she felt ready to put forwards her application to become an ECA, should the committee deem it so.
