Reason/Context:
Sanguis was created on the 17.06.2022 within Reactor by Luigi Fishford. The purpose of Sanguis creation was for him to be Luigi's definition of the perfect doctor. He was created utelizing a cybernetic power core, Luigi had created 4 months prior. The core fed and sustained itself of electrical energy, macro and micro nutrients. The core converts these into the tissue of the person it is connected to. With this, Luigi took a sample of each of his vital organs, skin, blood as well as bone mark and added it to the core to reproduce the required tissue, organs and bones. This resulted in an essentially lab grown shell for the new organs. However to, manage Sanguis efficiency, Luigi decided to only add the Liver, both Lungs, the stomach and Heart to the new body, as the rest would accompany more maintance then simply fueling the core with nutrients.
To implant the core, its wires, bones and the relevant organs, Luigi had to make large scale incesions everywhere on Sanguis body. This obviously leaves Sanguis extremely scarred as these are not seen as threatening injuries by the core and brain. Because of Sanguis purpose, he has received an altered brain to restrict its emotional spectrum to what was deemed "necessary to work unaffected by psychological issues". He does not feel empathy, grief or pain. However he will act as if he does, to relief his patients of stress or any feeling of being worried.
An immense amount of energy was required to jumpstart the core, for which the core was attached to two reactor turbines within Site-65 Heavy containment zone. This resulted in the turbines overheating and shutting down for approximitaly 5 minutes as they slowly regained their energy. With the core being started, it steadily circulates energy all around Sanguis. This allows him to create tissue throughout his entire body, consuming large amounts of energy and utelising stored nutrients. So long as energy and nutrients are stored, tissues can be repaired and recreated. Because of this consuming a large amount of energy, large scale creations are extremely risky and will potentially cause Sanguis to collapse to save energy.
With this Sanguis was engraved with 3 always active commands: "I will not harm, I will not reveal, I will always be of physical aid." Additionally to do his job to the best of his ability, he received 80% of mr Fishfords memory as well as the entirety of all know medical data to further strengthen his expertise.
