- I was previously a Sector Commander (Now General) and was the Colonel of SWB (now ATR).
What makes you the best candidate for High Command?:
- I'm the best candidate for High Command because I have previously experience being a Sector Commander (Now general) the second highest rank in NWO (Now USSR), I was also a Colonel. I'm very active and can play then ever needed, I know how to manage a regiment/faction, I have experience at leading wars and can successfully lead USSR to victory in wars. I'm good a flying meaning I can help out ATR whenever they're lacking pilots.

-Active, I'm very active and can play most days.
-Good at leading, During my time as High command I've led an abundant amount of wars and won most of them.

-Previously experience, I already know how to be a high command member.

What are the responsibilities of HC in RP?:
responsibilities in RP are to:
-Lead Wars, lead USSR to victory while leading wars, using tactical assists accordingly to aid USSR.
-Create RP scenarios and encourage RP.
-Lead USSR as a whole, make sure regiments say active in peace time encouraging trainings, FOB building, hacking missions, extra.
-supervising regiments, making sure regiments are doing a good job.
What are the responsibilities of HC out of RP?:
responsibilities in out of RP are:
-Making announcements, for example when USSR are outnumbered you could make a call to arms.
-Repairing relations between regiments.
-Overlooking NWO as a whole, making sure the right people are regimental command.
