What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion modifies the gains that a faction (in this specific case, CI, GOC, Nu7, as noone else gets them) gets when doing a CMission, so that they are lowered based on the factions numbers. This would mean that if, say, GOC only had 4 members online, and Nu7 had 12, the gains of the GOC would be 3 times as large as the Nu7's, so as to balance the scale.
It would ALSO consider the location of a mission, so, for example, if one appears at no mans land, the GOC would have a slighter advantage to it than, say, Nu7.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Bit of balancing to factor in difficulty of the mission
Gives factions with fewer people a better chance to succeed in it, which is important with the recent warfunds addition

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
In some cases, especially Nu7, not all members would be actively working on the mission.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I don't think the negative outweighs the positives, this would be some balancing which, with the recent addition of warfunds, is more important now than previously.
 
Imma be honest, the biggest con to this, is that the negative (Nu7 may be AFK during the Cmission with superior numbers) does outweight the positives, slightly.

Because again, if NU7 Is around lets say, 7 people, and only 3 respond with the other 5 either busy with RP, AFK, Or doing training/tryouts for someone, and they go against say 5 UN and its a losing fight?

UN win alot more than NU7 than they should have

That's my biggest concern as it stands.
