i believe the fact i know the character well and what the server rules regarding him are and the love around the character makes me suited aswell as looking forward to the roleplay opportunity of this scp

to sit in a corner crying trying to hide its face avoiding areas of high traffic
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
he is allowed to go straight to where the person who saw its face is be it dblock [has to make sure not to kill farm] or surface when the target is dead 096 is allowed to roam slowly 1 min after killing its target if undisturbed
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1-after the containment breach you get a scramble from the nearest armory to avoid seeing its face
2- grab a bucket from the nearest place like from pw bathrooms and put it on his head
3-after insuring all the people who saw 096 face are dead and that he entered his passive state you beam the scp and cuff him
4- drag the scp all the way to his containment chamber
