I am responsible for several areas of responsibility that I will list below:

- First, as a coordinator, you are responsible for teaching and certifying new assistants, monitoring activity and checking that they are doing their work properly.
Also, even after their trial period as a coordinator, you have the responsibility to make sure that the assistants do their job, to help them and to make sure that they do not deviate from the path.

- Second - as a coordinator I am responsible for a team of assistants, to whom I am more directly responsible, also we are responsible for enforcing ethics in the departments and as a coordinator I am responsible for making sure that the assistants in my team conduct interviews, verify the state of the departments and really enforce ethics.
And also to make sure that there is work in the team and that everyone is getting along if everyone is without problems, and to the extent that it is my job to find an effective solution to the situation.

- In addition, my role is also to be an attentive ear to all the assistants (as a coordinator) and to my team in particular for any problem / question / request for help, I am always available for them.
- In addition, as a coordinator, I prepare a variety of documents and update documents directly for the ethics notice, either with departments or directly.

Third: - I had the chance to work in almost all the departments at the foundation and I performed my duties in an excellent manner, I should mention that in every position I held I learned the essence of the position and how to conduct myself and perform the position very quickly and indeed this contributed a lot and helped me perform the position very efficiently.

And also as an ECA I got to be responsible for the site many times when I was the highest rank, to approve sweeps on D block, to give work permits to D-CLASSES, to give instructions and orders during the various codes and much more.

In my opinion, I am the most professional and the most suitable for the position, and if I am accepted, I am going to perform the position in the best and most professional way.

- Senior Ambassador -
As an ambassador in general your job is to take care and make sure that the agents do their job and enforce the law in the facility, enforce the order and actually prevent violations in the facility.

- As a senior ambassador my role is actually bigger and if a wider range of responsibilities.

- First of all, as a senior ambassador, one of the responsibilities is to help the other ambassadors in the performance of their work, to help new ambassadors learn the position and integrate.

- Second, there is a managerial area which is really to manage and command the agents in the field, give them instructions, teach them and train them, and help them when needed.

-Third: Also, as a senior ambassador I am part of a senior team at the court and I am responsible for finding and linking offenses to punishment, responsible for representing the IA department and of course helping other ambassadors in managing the case in court.

- Also, as part of the job, we have to examine and accept/qualify new agents.
Actually, thanks to this position, I gained a lot of experience in management, problem solving, training and information, communication, active typing, attention to details and more.

Why are you applying for Director of Internal Affairs?
I am struggling for several reasons,

First of all, I am very active and responsible, I am currently an ambassador and I would be happy to advance in the position to something that I think I am more suitable for and I prepared for it for a long time in all my roles as an IA, and I can do the most to improve the department.
Also today I am also among the oldest ambassadors in the department with the most knowledge and experience, I also assist and represent the department in the field of law.

Secondly, I know the department, and am very experienced in all its areas, and I think that I can greatly improve the department as a DOIA, and I also think that I can also improve the reputation of the department and improve its activities.

What makes you suitable for Director of Internal Affairs?:
In my opinion, I am the most suitable for the position for several reasons:


- First of all, I have a long experience in the field of IA, both as an ambassador and as an agent, and I also have experience as a CL4 both as an ambassador and as an assistant to the ethics committee.

- Second, I am very active, responsible and see experienced and I think I can improve the department and add and change things in the best possible way.

In addition, even now as an ambassador I help other ambassadors, agents to do their work properly, helping them and also correcting them when they do something wrong. Also I think I deserve the position because I have come a long way with many "obstacles" and existence when I passed them I think I deserve the position.

And finally, I also think that I am suitable because I have a lot of experience with the Codex / coc/coe by virtue of my previous positions, and also because I help in the ethics committee, so I am very experienced in the ethical field.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Internal Affairs in RP?:

First, the director represents the department, he is the official representative who deals with the ethics department and site management.

The director of internal affairs has several areas of responsibility:

- First to ensure that the CoC/CoE and Legal Codex are correctly followed and professionally executed.

- Secondly, another responsibility that DOIA has - is to appoint new ambassadors, teach them their work and of course also to see that they do their work properly, and if necessary also to punish them.

- Supervise the entire IA department and prepare documents on the functioning of the department, in addition to this it is necessary to prepare new protocols and rules, distribute them and enforce them.

- Also, another role is to give a report to the website administrators / ethics committee on the department's issues, and issue documents on its functioning.

Please give some lore about your Director of Internalw Affairs character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Agent Scout has come a long way, he worked days and nights without vacations or sick days, he was an outstanding agent but sometimes he did a bit of nonsense. After a very long period of time in his position as an agent, Scout saw in the job advertisement the form for the ambassador, Scout submitted the application enthusiastic and satisfied because he knew he was capable of carrying the position and when he was accepted he began to understand how much he deserved it.

A scout who already knew the department and all its areas was not surprised by the work and really went through a very difficult time, leading agents, teaching them and preparing them to be ready to do their job properly, after a rather long period as an ambassador, a scout received a dream opportunity to prove himself as a temporary department manager, but as is known There is no such thing as temporary for everyone, Scout who started as a temporary manager proved himself to everyone who didn't believe in him, and finally received a permanent appointment as department manager, Scout brought the department to an excellent place if the amount of agents is high and activity is excellent, because he brought his vision to progress and proved that he is worthy.

Since they deleted my comment I'll expand on why your unfit as DoIA,

You have a habit of taking control over D-Block when Captains/SGTs are online and declaring you are the highest power inside despite not being a Captain yourself and only being an Ambassador/Assistant. You have also straight up metagame'd Type Blues in the past for no apparent reason at all. You're an Ambassador not a Captain or SGT nor do you hold more power in D-Block. I'll also mention the fact that you will blatantly FailRP regarding hostage situations inside D-Block by closing the CL4 airlock door (to my understanding it's only allowed when sweeping) and order people to gun down D-Class even if the hostage is there. If you worked on improving this than maybe I would support this.

this is a straight up lie, while off duty ive seen you do take charge in d-block as an ambassador, and im saying this im the nicest way possible, your leadership skills are henious. i am fine with someone, anyone even a non-combatant taking up that mantle of leader in times of distress in d-block but dude, you need to gauge your own leadership prowess before taking such a drastic step like that. it was like watching a deadbeat dad tryna bring his household back under control.

Scout,

I think you need to do some self-reflection on some of these -supports and maybe some of your actions that you have done over the past while. Not only do you have 2 active strikes for misconduct on both ECA and IA Ambassador, but I think you need some more time as Jr. CL4 positions and take what feedback others give you into account rather than discarding it. The feedback I have for you at this present time is try and be less confrontational with people and be more patient and calm, do not be defensive when someone gives you criticism, and lastly, understand that some things take time and some things happen for a reason. It may seem discouraging to get harsh feedback, but if you are able to take this and other feedback to heart, it will make you look that much better because of how much you're able to improve.
