I aspire to take on the position of an Overseer Assistant because I believe in the Foundation's ambition in wanting to sustain it, and I feel that it is important to have organized and decisive leadership to maintain things. I understand how important coordination, discretion, and discipline are to the Foundation's stability, and I want to actively participate in that stability.
As an Overseer Assistant, I would be able to assist in doing more than just typical Foundation activity: by assisting the O5 Council, managing the efficiency of inter-department actions, and assuring that all actions fall within the Foundation's long-term goals.
I have a passion for responsibility and trust, and I want to maintain control in an environment where even a minor oversight may lead to cataclysm. The reason I do not seek this position is for power, but rather to maintain niceties, foster loyalty, and build the Foundation from within.

James "Scout" Williams is a well-known field agent turned Overseer due to his tactically unrivalled abilities and insights. He was presumed lost in the field after a life-threatening situation in SCP-███, but instead, many years later, emerged from hiding with new, applicable theories on how to more effectively contain/manage anomalous entities. This was a grand second chance for the Foundation, as there was a rising threat level amongst both containment and SCPs that were exponentially more advanced.With his years of field experience and familiarity in a leadership position, Williams is promoted to the position of senior advisor, with some tasks as an Overseer Assistant to help alleviate the most pressing issues the Foundation was dealing with. Williams was responsible for recalibrating containment protocols and continuing to support the most serious containment teams in the field. Due to the extensive knowledge that she had acquired in her time spent working in site administration, he partnered with Dr. Evelyn Kade, an extraordinary and meticulous Overseer Assistant. As they led Site-42 through some of the most precarious operations, Dr. Kade's administrative qualities paired with Williams' background and knowledge as an operative placed them in a position for success.Williams and Dr. Kade's first significant success was the stabilization of SCP-███, which was a reality-bending anomaly that had experienced multiple containment breaches.
