What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Allow 049 to be able to spot people being sick from through the map like influenza, sinus, headache etc., sort of like 096 being able to see who looked at him. Though it shouldn't be all the way through the map. More like in a range of 30m.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
• Gives actual meaning to cure the illness should 049 breach
• Makes sense in character, as 049 is able to detect people being sick
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
• Makes hiding from 049 a real pain in the ass should you be sick and not have realized it.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it'd actually make sense for 049 to detect people that are sick. Fighting the pestilience is something that gives meaning to the character and with this, aside from being sick being a pain in the ass, it'd actually encourage people to get treated for their sickness. And while 049 is a threat as it is, this makes the doctor a bigger threat as he'll know where you are when he is close around.
