Denied SCP 066

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds SCP 066 to the SCP roster. 066 can play the Beethoven song that does damage in a area around it and it can also make a "Eric" sound.
Adds earmuffs that muffles sound that reduces the damage of the Beethoven song.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Another SCP for new players to try out
More RP opportunity's

More SCPs that foundation has to deal with

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Just a interesting scp over all and it would be a nice addition to the scp roster.
