Content Suggestion SCP - 079 changes

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- 079 Change on how he breaches scps
- Depending on server pop, he breaches between 1-3 SCPs at once. Without being able to pick what scps. This would automatically trigger an alert / tell combative of 079s interference with the systems. This would take away the scps has breached their breach tools for slight balancing (Will explain more below)

- 079 takes energy / a cooldown to toggle lights / teslas. The fact he can toggle lights on and off CONSTANTLY without an cooldown is a genuine pain


Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2)
- 079 actually is more powerful, and can do more than breach 1 scp per 20 minutes, and rely on that single scp to protect him. For him to breach more.
- 079 is more useful to scps. Currently all he can really do is open doors or tell other scps to run to him.
- A cooldown to the lights can stop the constant turning on and off of lights every 3 seconds in HCZ during a breach.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Could cause too many breaches / breaches that are just painful to contain.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

For the change to the 079 breaches. He can currently breach a maximum of 3 scps, 1 per 15 minutes i believe. In which, he will have them protect him while he breaches the rest. AND, the scps he breaches, STILL HAS A BREACH TOOL. So, I believe allowing 079 to level up to energy 5, breach 1-3 scps automatically depending on server pop (none below 60 as he currently is, 1 at 70, 2 at 80, 3 at 90+ , or however seen fit). while giving the alerts on what was breached / that something in a certain area IS breached. Is a bit more balanced, he'll be unable to pick what scps are breached, so it'll have a chance of being an scp that cant really defend him, OR could get extremely lucky and get good tanky scps. The scps breached wont recieve breach tools, and 079 could perhaps go into a "weaken" phase for triggering a breach. Making him unable to do anything and / or setting him to a level 4 hack to RC.

Secondly, a cooldown for the lights is honestly just needed. He has a cooldown for toggling lockdowns / opening doors, dispesners. It should be the same for toggling lights.

In summary, I do believe this will actually BALANCE an 079 breach, while making him much stronger at the same time. No more scps defending 079 till he breaches everything he can, for those scps to breach more things, resulting in 5+ breaches not including 079 himself. I do believe this would help 079 players and be more enjoyable as more people would flag onto SCPs during an 079 breach hoping for a chance that their breached.
 
If they gave 079 access to the reactor and reduced his cooldown based on what tier he is on, then I would probably be fine with this otherwise

neutral on scp breach tho
there is a massive difference between lights and reactor, the lights he toggles on / off with the cl4 in the eletrical room. Doesnt cost anything to turn off.

For the love of god I would rather not spend half my time in a breach fighting 079 over the lights. I would be fine with no cost if there was a cooldown OR no cooldown but theres an energy cost
