What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds ESP for SCP-079, allowing it to see the locations of all other breached SCPs (Edit: If he's level 3 or higher, thank you evil.) and a marker for each containment chamber. This gives SCP-079 improved awareness and the ability to guide its teammates more effectively.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Similar ideas may have been proposed to improve SCP-079's role, but this version is unique in that it reintroduces lost communication potential by turning 079 into a central coordinator. Instead of direct voice comms like before, this system provides guidance, encouraging coordination without overpowering the SCP side.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Reestablishes a form of teamwork and coordination among SCPs that was lost when the TeamSpeak channel was made OOC. SCP-079 becomes the tactical bridge, allowing the team to work together more effectively.
Makes the role of SCP-079 more engaging and rewarding by giving it a clear and impactful support function.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could potentially give SCP-079 too much awareness, leading to concerns about fairness or balance.
Might lead to very strong SCP dominance if human coordination is lacking in comparison.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion changes SCP-079’s role in a balanced way. By giving SCP-079 ESP and positioning it as an overseer, it restores that missing sense of teamwork in a non intrusive, lore friendly, and strategic way. It doesn't rely on external comms, just smart gameplay. This change would make SCP breaches feel more cohesive and refreshing without being broken. In lore it could be seen as both 079 using the search mechanic the CCTV cameras have, and also having access to each camera on site.
