Content Suggestion SCP-082 "Fernand" & 457 Switch

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

SCP-082 just completely switches with 457, it would be perfect if they switched everything between the two with a few more buffs for 082.

Basically:
- Switch Level Requirements: SCP 457 is currently going through changes as suspected from a previous suggestion of him getting buffed. SCP-082 is naturally strong and muscled but not even 1/2 the danger of what 457 could do. Also 082 is moreover a good SCP to learn how to be a SCP since he has a unique personality to help new SCP roleplayers learn to act more like an SCP.
- Switch Cells: I mean 457 being in LCZ despite being a blaze that can get incredibly strong with more fuel capable of torching the entire facility, whilst 082 is in HCZ, one of the most defended areas despite being basically a big fat cannibal... nothing really as dangerous as 457.

Primary Attack - Basic Damage (Keep it the same)

Secondary Attack - Eat Head

Kept the same but the health increase is better.

Toggleable Classical Music:
096 has the crying, 682 has the earthquake stomps. Fernand needs something special so how about we make it so that he can play classical music when he's walking around that can be toggled off and on, he likes to act like royalty so it's expected for him to do as such. (In Lore he sings as well, but the music will do.)


Steal 457's Rush:
457 is getting a rework soon and I think his ability to rush forward incredibly fast for a duration of time is more suitable for Fernand who seems to be a moreover attack rapidly in a short period of time kind of monster.

682's Object Damage:
SCP-082 is still insanely strong and should be able to do as much damage to doors as 682. A great Bulldozer SCP basically.

RP Improvements:

Rule Addition: SCP-082 can eat the head of non-combative personnel, however, he can't actively attack them apart from that (Including attacking them to charge the eat head is forbidden.) unless given valid justification eg: Getting in the way during combat or bodyblocking (I know moreover an admin issue but still.). He's a rather respectable fellow to an extent, and I think it would be pretty nice for roleplay since he sees everyone as his servants and doesn't actively attack his servants unless their hostile or he wants to chomp their head. (Also Prevents him HP feeding off non-combatants in general to allow the HP improvement to work without it being too difficult.)

Passive: SCP-082 is still capable of being friendly and polite, so you can perform passive roleplay with him, with the Reduction of health and etc. The only issue is that you have to treat him like a King, and act as a servant.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
  • Gives SCP-082 gameplay that fits his lore while remaining balanced.
  • Reflects better and more appropriate levels of danger for both SCPs.
  • Encourages passive rp with SCP-082, introducing variety and dynamic RP beyond kill-on-sight gameplay.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
  • Some players may feel SCP-082 is “Too Strong."
  • Minor work required to move cells, rebalance ability cooldowns, or adjust class level permissions.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

It's a great SCP for teaching people how to roleplay as an SCP, giving them an SCP that essentially is a massive roleplay SCP where they learn how to effectively passively roleplay as an SCP, but can still turn into the kill kill kill monster during breach.




Would appreciate any more suggestions to improve 082 below, I tried to think as hard as possible to improve this SCP since it's always been sad to see it rot away in the f4 menu.

This actually might be a decent idea. As long as 082's balancing remains the same, I don't think it's particularly stronger than say 173, and you're right about it being a somewhat good RP starter. I like it. Maybe while they're at it, give both of them better chambers - 457's chamber hasn't ever been updated outside of the sprinkler system no longer working and the floor texture changing, and HCZ NS is a terrible location for SCPs - directly connected to E-11 bunks.
