When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: scp-096 cant run some where that his target it not he has to kill the target no matter what he can go to d-block if your target runs in there

Step 1 get a bag or bucket
Step 2 find him
Step 3 put bucket or bag on his head
Step 4 Cuff in rp and take him to his cc
Step 5 Repair all the doors he broke
