Denied SCP-173: Jailbreak SWEP

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Gives SCP-173 a separate SWEP, a "Jailbreak" SWEP so to speak, that has a stored energy system that charges from damage taken, yet loses 500/15000 charge per second when 5 seconds have passed where 173 has not actively taking damage. If SCP-173 takes more than 15000 damage, fully filling the bar, it allows the SWEP to be activated. When activated, it plays a loud yet noticeable vent opening sound effect near 173's current location. SCP-173 will be TP'd inside of a random vent exit, and heals 173 by 2500 HP + 5000 armor. If 173 was low enough when this SWEP was activated, they will still be beamable, as armor doesn't effect beam ability. SWEP is one use, and cannot be used while pacified ?

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Suggested something similar prior, but was denied w/ no reason given as to why. Entirely different SL team again, so hopefully it works out this time.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

- Gives SCP-173 a sort of redux for containment breaches if he gets caught too early by a massive firing squad, or if caught by ERT later into a containment breach.

- Fixes SCP-173 w/o having a full out rework.


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:


- Method is a little wacky, though it is an homage do the original SCP: Containment Breach game. It's such a classic part of the game though, and a confusing and thought provoking part of 173 in CB, that it could pass.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

Ez way to fix peanut's quick RCs w/o having to entirely rework the iconic boi.

+support i think its a good idea, not sure if those exact figures should be used, but all that could be balanced by devs or balance in-game through player feedback

If more than 5 ISD are flagged on, 173 is most likely getting recontained in less than 10 minutes. O-1/A-1 had wargames once and he was recontained less than 2 minutes after breaching. I felt bad but it was funny at the same time.

After reviewing your suggestion, we decided that implementing this would be awkward to configurate with the predictability of the said "Random Vent Teleportation", also we were not keen on adding armour to SCP's.
