SCP-2295 PAC3 request

I'm requesting a PAC3 approval for a SCP-2295 RP Outfit.

The whole design is of the pac is related to Combat Medics, Other than the Combat medic outfit he comes equipped with a little picture of himself and his salute.

The only tweaks to him is just the camera is lowered. His height and hitbox and everything else is as normal.
