Content Suggestion SCP-294 Cups

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
SCP-294 Cups should be holdable items like test beakers and vials I'm tired of people stealing my cups of Coffee/Soda/tea


Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Easier to move cups of items around without the gravity gun
Stops people from drinking from your cups
Rp Friendly

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Smuggling of cups

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Would be cool rp coffee breaks maybe more agents stops having them inspect your cup making sure its not acid I just think it would be cool

Making a first person animation of drinking from a cup is possible too, and idk how many times I catch a tech harrassing Researchers trying to do those test

I mean i'd like it if there way a way to pick up SOME 294 drinks. But all? No. Its gonna be basically free cyanide and cyanide will become worthless.

Im not really much of a coder but I'm find with waiting good things take time but mostly the cup would act like the beaker just no pocketing them

Im not familiar with how steam workshop works for like yoinking stuff but pretty sure it would require like a full custom addon and they can’t just add on to the 294 we have now. With the work the devs have rn this seems like a pretty complex change that won’t add a lot. I would love to have this but the negatives are out weighing positives.

Pick up, NOT holster. two very different things

While this might be a lot of work for one SCP, I cannot count the times I got stopped for having a 294 cup, because everyone expects it to be some instakill liquid I will use to assasinate the O5s or something, or the times where someone just swoops in and drinks my stuff with no consequences to them (usually I am the one punished lol). Also it would solve the issue of having to drop the cup, pull out a card, open a door, pull out my grav gun, find the cup and continue only for it to repeat itself after 50 meters.
Also yeah, you should not be able to holster them, but you already said that so yeah.
