Denied SCP-500 and SCP-548

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
SCP-500 does not cure SCP-548, suggesting to change SCP-548 to be curable by SCP-500.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
SCP-500 more consistant as a cure

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
More D-class will survive testing.
