What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

It adds the scp dog that would help out ntf

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-it would be cool to play as a dog
-dogs are very cute
-it would add more helpful scps to the foundation
-givving people more scps that are actually fun to play unlike the majority where you just sit and do nothing and hope someone tests you out or until the timer runs out and you can kill people

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-might have negative impact on the balance

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It would need to be well implemented for it to work, but seeing how the team worked with scps so far, I believe it wont be an issue
