Partially Accepted SCP-912 Gestures & Comms

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:​

This suggestion gives SCP-912 the Gestures SWEP. It also give SCP-912 access to CL1 Comms, atleast when not breached, and he would have to follow orders given via comms.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:​

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):​

+ Easier communication with 912 via comms

+ SCP-912 gets to look cool with gestures

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:​

- 912 can use the information from comms negatively if the player is a minge or if 912 is breached.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:​

Very simple suggestion, I think 912 having gestures is just extremely simple and harmless. He isn't a robot. 912 getting CL0/1 comms is also pretty simple and makes a bit of sense considering how he behaves and his purpose.
