What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would change the current rule clarification on SCP's camping

Current Rule: 6.01 SCPs Camping - SCPs may not camp outside of containment chambers for longer than 10 minutes.

Suggested Rule: 6.01 SCPs Camping - SCPs may not camp outside of containment chambers for longer than 5 minutes. This includes Bottom of 682 Lift, Sector Hotel and Cross roads

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Prevents SCP's for camping for long periods of time
- Allows breaches to not go on for hours on end, which overall prevents RP around the site
- Balances gameplay for E-11 when they have to attempt to fight SCP's camping specific areas

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Possibly limits SCP's ability to hold out during a breach
- Misunderstandings - E.g ERT used shields to trap an SCP then report him for camping ext


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This rule change is not massive but it balances the ability for E-11 to contain breaches as well as stopping any players with Ill intent from elongating breaches for longer than needed and avoids the ability for players from exploiting the allowed camping time in order to prevent their containment.

can't wait for SCP mains to come scream skill issue and -support this
Quite frankly it isn't enjoyable for anyone participating in any type of breach where they only camp at cross roads or an elevator just wanting to farm kills
It also isn't logical for an SCP to do that, take 7722 for example he wouldn't just camp at cross roads in a door way trying to get as many kills as he can

massive -support seriously mtf is more than OP enough to defeat a 15k hp man with a sword if you cant then im sorry that is a you problem

you got flashbangs blind the scps smoke make the scp unable to see the hoard of mtf incoming shields to block the scps attacks and many LMGS you quite literally have the advantage

you want scp nerfed however the scps always get fucked over in seconds

They keep doing it untill a new scp breaches, we already have enough SCP breach ,delaying it by camping is annoying for everyone.

Ah yes because preventing RP for the entire MTF for hours on end just because an SCP wants to camp within the corners of HCZ makes total sense. The entire idea of the camping rule was to prevent this behaviour and now its just being abused by various players. No one wants to come onto the server to deal with a singular SCP that's been breached for several hours it makes no sense and the rules clearly need to be changed to prevent SCP's from doing this

Ah yes because preventing RP for the entire MTF for hours on end just because an SCP wants to camp within the corners of HCZ makes total sense. The entire idea of the camping rule was to prevent this behaviour and now its just being abused by various players. No one wants to come onto the server to deal with a singular SCP that's been breached for several hours it makes no sense and the rules clearly need to be changed to prevent SCP's from doing this
hours is a massive lie at most its 20 minutes before the scp gets fucked over by 10 e-11 with potent dulox and AA and nerve gas remember scps wait hours to breach

In no shape or form does this limit people playing SCPs, the only way it would limit them would be in the occasion that they are staying inside HCZ in order to farm kills which isn't enjoyable for anyone on the server other than the SCP. If anything this is even stated in the golden rule. Clearly you cannot perceive the idea in which people don't want to respawn and die to a player sitting in the corner of the map continuously for an hour.

teslas maybe if teslas let scps leave hcz maybe they wouldnt stay in there they are not farming kills they are trying to stay breached to not get recontained

But you then realize that they either leave HCZ early and get singled out for being the only SCP breached or they stay in there and get essentially trapped because tesla was turned on and 20+ people with guns are swarming into HCZ at the same time. I love this server as much as the next person too but lets be honest. E-11's RP consists of camping HCZ CP, doing boring patrols of a vacant and extremely devoid of life HCZ, or assist the researcher who didn't have an officer to a test. Nu7 quite literally just stand around helping wherever they can until they're called to surface for Ops, help contain an SCP that has breached, or CI begins to raid. Stevens, the ex-Nu7 commander, had a conversation the other day and we both agreed that you need TEAMWORK and COOPERATION to defeat an SCP. Use tactics, teamwork, and your equipment and within 5 minutes you can contain an SCP. It's not the fact the SCP is camping, although it partially is, its the MTFs and the people involved in containing it having a skill issue of thinking they can 1v1 an SCP. You can't. Stop it.
