Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: Only if the target is there and not when hes roaming
How is SCP-096 re-contained?: Bucket on head and doesnt have a target.
Please describe all steps of the process: 096 will run strait to who ever sees him then when the target dies he is no longer in raged if there are no targets he becomes Docile and a bucket is place on his head and is then cuffed and goes back to his holding cell.
