What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

This suggestion aims to add the following:
> SCPs will be able to damage other SCPs [Content]
> SCPs will not be allowed to Team without RP Interaction/Reason [Rule]

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

+More accurate breach experience, SCPs would not suddenly work together during a Code 5 rather they would attack each other.
SCP-939 may attack anything that moves, SCP-076 may find a worthy opponent etc

+More testing possibility, RSD can have SCPs engage in fights for more immersive cross-tests

+Possibly shorter Code 5s

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

-SCPs may find it less enjoyable to play

-Lower health SCPs, such as 035, may suffer more from dealing with other SCPs.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I personally believe it should be accepted to allow for more lore accurate breaches, where SCPs would engage would each other. Alongside the new testing possibilities.

(Although SCP-096 should be ruled out due to gameplay reasons)

You have the coolest opportunity ever for 035. You know how that little twat is a manipulative little shit? Seeing him going about, manipulating SCP's to make his way through the site would be fucking AWESOME.

Oh and fuck, the hostile SCP's, I would love to see a squabble if 939 and 682 were to meet, where 682 takes a chunk out of 939, or 076 meeting both TG brothers, and the lads with God complexes get 076 beating their asses up in a wresting match.

Personally I find there to be an inherent problem with the breach system, as breaches don't feel very impactful to the site as a whole. This is just a daily thing. It also just... Is weird for 076 or 049 to have a breach tool, and go use it on fucking 966 or something. I feel like there should be a whole rework to the breach system, which if I'm arsed I'll make a suggestion for, but that is unrelated to this.

This? Interesting but honestly I'm unsure - being able to damage and have to RP out wanting to fight others would be very cool though, but I don't think SCPs teaming with each other (outside of perhaps a small few) should require hard RP / reasoning.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Enable friendly fire for most SCP abilities. Add specific interactions for SCP abilities on each other, e.g.: 173 cannot target SCPs with the teleport kill, but can target them with left click - does a certain amount of damage, not instakill...

096 gonna be running around and murdering all the reality benders and fixing server health

Also gonna be kinda hard to enforce and certain SCPs like 106, 096 seem kinda overpowered and undefeatable, considering they are immortal, really depends how that works and what about TG's who are like brothers, do they have to kill eachother?

Content will have to decide which SCPs can attack, 096 is a massive issue of course. And maybe SCPs could have a special interaction in 106 realm.

I also like the potential idea of, Foundation steals a Neuro Controller, sticks it on an SCP. CI captures an SCP, sticks a Neuro Controller on it. F & CI then basically have a Pokémon fight
