What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion will add beams that heal SCP's for CI

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
The positives are first that it will allow CI to plan for more than just a breach during a raid. Instead of breaching CI can steal a SCP like 912 for say and contain it by lowering its health then they will bring it back to base heal it up and weaponize it CI should do. Another positive is it will mean that staff will not have to always respond to tickets about needing health increased for an SCP and it can increase role-play with SCP's inside of CI base.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
The beam could be abused by some people trying to team with SCP's but it could have a rule put into place where DELCOM+ need to approve the use of it only inside of CI base.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be accepted because it will overall bring new raid goals for CI than just breaching an SCP with this we now have a better reason to get out an SCP. Before we would barely be able to do anything because the HP of the SCP is so low so its really now longer a threat but with this it could change things.

This wouldn't be needed because we cant weaponize SCPs. Mods/SL never let us do it, and SCP Mind Controllers will never be added even though they said it would
this isn't true a dev is actively working on it he posted an update on public github ~ 2 weeks ago

Healing beams just gives more reason to team with CI instead of trying to kill them??
Why kill someone who is trying to get you more kills AND keep you alive, genuinely, outside of the rules forcing you to not team with them.

I Already suggested this however my suggestion was to give it to Medical staff. My suggestion went in about why it should not be given to GOI's however i feel if required CI could argue a point for their medical job to recieve the item too if it is added the way i suggested.

Why kill someone who is trying to get you more kills AND keep you alive, genuinely, outside of the rules forcing you to not team with them.
thats not the point i was making, and have you considered calling a sit if they team

This would be a better addition for serpents hand, honestly, CI don't team with SCPs.

But they can make deals with them.

...Although it'd be a little overpowered when combined with the Neuro Controller if and when that drops - I mean, it would provide an interesting and refreshing change to how raids are done if CI are able to nab an SCP, stick a Neuro Controller on it and heal it up. It'd be a good option to have other than Dimension raids and could also be different depending on what SCP they use; But the problem then would be the emergence of meta SCPs to do this with. In my opinion, the only viable solve to that is to just expand the viability of other SCPs so the concept of a meta in that sense would be irrelevant, as it would ideally be a good idea to do this with any applicable SCP.
